Ryan Connors is a photographer whose work explores the inevitability of loss, faltering on the lines between passively grappling with loss and actively being lost. She uses analog processes of photography, fixing moments in silver and gelatin as a way of coping with the fleeting moments, and missing everything, all the time.
Ryan is currently pursuing her BFA in Photography at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), where she will graduate in 2027 with a minor in Theory and History of Art and Design. She is the recipient of the Harry Koorejian Scholarship. Her work has been shown at the Red Eye Gallery and published in SILO, among others.
